Enlist the help of a broker to find some for you. Easier than you having to do all the work. That is what they do, they find them for you. They will get info on several at a time and the best one to suit your needs without YOU having all the hassle.

Well, if it’s a new venture, you’re not going to find an insurance company who will write it directly, so your choice is either use a broker, or don’t get insurance.

Most of the direct writers don’t have the capacity or flexibility for large commercial accounts.

Most insurance companies deal with their correspondents who are commercial mortgage brokers. MBA (Mortgage Brokers Association) is probably the best source of information. Look under conference. They are having a once a year conference in San Diego. If you just look under the attendee list, you will have idea of who you should talk to.
