I am somewhat new to affiliate marketing and I am not sure if I need a landing/squeeze page when I am using ppc. I am not interested in building a list just yet.

    Certainly, Yes !

You are required to do your own study as well as home work, You can’t get ready made, off the self.

However, if you like you can out source the spade work !!

People use landing page as well as direct affiliate link.

In my experience, a well done landing page increases your conversions. So go for it by all means.

You seem willing to make an investment in your on-line venture. I take this as a measure to succeed with reasonable effort on your part. However, to maximize your effort I recommend you find a mentor to assist you and who has a technical staff to assist you as well. I know a young Internet marketeer who has develop a teaming concept of budding and experienced Internet entrepreneurs who work together for individual success. There is a review of this young inrternet marketeers concept at replacingmyday.com. The cost of your research is the surfing of this blog site. Plan well to succeed. Good Luck.

It all depends on what your end goal is in terms of your marketing efforts.

A landing page is that extra piece of real estate that you could use to help you get the sale.
If you need more space to persuade a potential customer to make a sale, use landing pages.

I?ve made sales doing straight links & landing pages.

When you are ready to collect names and addresses for a list, a landing page is a great place to put up a subscription form.
